This is Beyond Parody, so I'm gonna quote.
A popular Korean spa in New Jersey, where nudity is compulsory, will now let transgender women use the female-only section — even if they have male genitals — after being slapped with a lawsuit.
That's King Spa in Palisades Park and they've now changed their policy so that men pretending to be women can enter the female nude area -- as long as their state-issued ID says they identify as a woman.
Oh, and if you're an actual female and this makes you uncomfortable, well, you can either deal with it, request a private spa, or just not use the communal female nude area.
Here's how the lawsuit that led to this nonsense went down:
The changes were made after the customer, Alexandra Goebert, filed a suit in 2022 following an incident when she [sic] alleged she [sic] was booted from the facilities for complaining about having to use the male-only spa and sauna.
...
Goebert was ordered to leave the female segregated section after conceding she [sic] still had male genitalia and was told to use the male facilities.
The spa settled with Goebert in August.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go change the gender identity on my ID.
I've got a very important appointment at the spa tomorrow.
