Hmmmm ... now why would she do that?
Katie Hobbs, the Democratic governor of Arizona, just vetoed a bill passed by her legislature that would have limited the ability of China to buy up land next in Arizona, especially next to military sites.
That's odd.
Arizona state Senate Majority Leader Janae Shamp blasted the veto, calling Hobbs "an obstructionist against safeguarding our citizens from threats."
Just to review, here's a little visual of all the largest pieces of land in America now owned by China:

CHINA OWNS LAND ALL AROUND IT?
So far, 22 states have passed bills restricting foreign property ownership. Why does the Democratic governor of Arizona insist on allowing this to continue?
This seems like a bipartisan issue, and people are stunned that Hobbs would allow herself to be on the wrong side of this.
Strange ... very strange indeed.
