You know how California and New York are handing out CDLs to anyone with a pulse, no matter the language they speak?

Well, apparently it's not just sketchy trucking companies that are guilty of this. You, the American taxpayer, are employing an army of non-citizens to deliver the mail!

(USPS pays workers out of postage and sales, but has not made a profit since FY 2006, relying entirely on U.S. Treasury loans to stay in business. With $15 billion in debt and only $1 billion paid off last year, the USPS only exists because your money keeps it afloat).

The United States Postal Service hires truckers who aren't American to perform the duty of delivering United States mail. Because of course.

Yeah, that's not good.

Non-domiciled CDLs refers to commercial drivers licenses issued to non-Americans, many of whom do not speak English. As we have learned recently (thanks to California), many are illegally in the country.

How deep do these issues go?
