Is this the vice chair of the Democratic Party trying to say that democracy is bad?
Hogg thinks, first of all, that we live in a democracy, and second of all, that "ineffective" Democrats - who he is apparently trying to unseat with some sort of $20 million primary initiative - gave us school shootings and climate change.
(The phrase he was looking for was "got us through" but I guess he's not smart enough to know that).
