Our stellar judiciary is at it again, this time issuing a ruling that blocks two fathers from wearing wristbands as a silent protest against males competing in girls' sports.

Yeah, you've definitely got to crack down on those silent protests. Because of, you know, feelings and stuff.

From Breitbart:

In September, several parents wore pink wristbands with ‘XX' on them to reference female sex chromosomes during a girls' high school soccer game where trans-identifying male athlete Parker Tirrell, now 16, was playing on the other team.

The wristband:

After the school district superintendent issued a trespassing notice to prevent the men from wearing the wristbands to sporting events, the parents took legal action.

The parents subsequently sued the school district, alleging that their First Amendment rights had been violated and asking the judge to allow them to carry signs and wear wristbands featuring 'XX' at school events while the case is ongoing.

On Monday, however, U.S. District Court Judge Steven McAuliffe (who was appointed by President George H.W. Bush, meaning he must be older than dirt) ruled in favor of the school district to prevent the parents from protesting.

The broader and more demeaning/harassing message the School District understood plaintiffs' 'XX' symbols to convey was, in context, entirely reasonable.

So, for those keeping score at home: Letting males compete in female sports is completely fine, while preventing people from silently protesting it is "entirely reasonable."

Got it?
