Chilling news out of northwest Florida, where a road-rage incident left one dead and another critically injured.
A horrific road-rage shooting in Florida has left one person dead and another in critical condition — with shocking video capturing the moment the gunman opened fire.
In now-viral online footage, two men can be seen arguing on Highway 231 in Panama City on Saturday before both get back in their vehicles.
The terrifying footage then shows the alleged killer pulling his gray Dodge Ram pickup truck alongside the other man's red GMC Terrain SUV at a traffic light.
Suddenly, 11 gunshots ring out.

The crazy part is, the altercation leading up to the deadly shooting didn't even look that serious:
One of the victims was killed in the shooting, while another reportedly remains in critical condition.
Cops eventually arrested Jubal Simmons and Ivybella Encin and charged them with premeditated homicide-murder and fleeing police, along with other charges:
Let's hope they get put away for quite some time.
