Florida woman arrested after alleged UnitedHealth copycat threat against insurance company

Are we sitting on a powder keg in this country? Because it seems like some are wanting us to return to the bad-old-days of thuggish street violence.

After the assassination of UnitedHealth's CEO, a Florida mom has been arrested for allegedly threatening a copycat killing of a BlueShield boss.

The woman, 42-year-old Briana Boston of Lakeland, allegedly called BlueCross BlueShield in response to a recent medical claim being denied and issued a threat echoing the UnitedHealthcare CEO killer's words.

'Delay, deny, depose. You people are next,' she allegedly said to the company over the phone.

Yep, this woman was so upset with her claim being denied that she called up her insurance company and referred to the phrases written on the bullet casings in the UnitedHealth assassination.

This is what happens when the media lionizes a killer!

This sure sounds like a threat to me.

When police arrived at Boston's home to question her about the phone call, she allegedly told them that 'healthcare companies played games and deserved karma from the world because they are evil.' She also told police she owned no firearms and had no intention to hurt anyone, which the police did not believe ...

Boston's bail has been set at $100,000. Lakeland Police Chief Sam Taylor told WFLA that she should have known better than to issue such threats.

Yeah, maybe you don't like insurance - who does? - but it's about time we cool the rhetoric and stop glorifying killers because you happen to like their choice of target.

Lefties in particular have gone absolutely wild with the Luigi Mangione case, with many making excuses for the killing or, at least, sympathizing with the perpetrator.
