As someone who lived in the Middle East and studied Arabic/Islam for my degree, the sheer adoration that leftwing gender fanatics have for Islam has always amazed me. They are so far sold into the Marxist lie of intersecting victimhood that they don't understand what's going to happen to them if they let Islam become the dominant force in society.
They really do not understand what the Quran demands. Mr. Sáez went on a long rant on X where he said this was "THE SECOND TIME I'VE BEEN ATTACKED FOR BEING HOMOSEXUAL" and that he's "tired of it", but nowhere in said rant does he identify Islam's incompatibility with Western civilization as the source of the problem.
I'm not trying to be mean to Muslims here - I'm just telling you what their systems of law prescribe as a penalty for sodomy and other aberrant sexual behaviors.
