Mayor Jacob Frey of Minneapolis didn't even wait till the bodies were cold to say that prayers won't solve the problem of murder.
Those families are suffering immense pain right now, think of this as if it were one of your own ... Don't just say this is about thoughts and prayers right now. These kids were literally praying. It was the first week of school, they were in a church.
Is the mayor saying that prayers are pointless because children were murdered while practicing their faith? Would he care to explain?
Mayor Frey may not like it, but his entire city could use our prayers.
