Republicans: "Hey, Mark Kelly used his official military rank to imply that soldiers should disobey Trump when they think he's breaking the law."
Psaki and Co.: "Anyone who investigates Kelly is just like the Nazis."
This is where we are in American politics:
Jen Psaki: What do you think, as a lawyer, ... the consequences should be for following these steps from the Commander in Chief when they seem to be complete overreaches of power?
Glenn Kirschner: They're following unlawful commands from Donald Trump.
Yes, merely investigating Mark Kelly is following an illegal command.

It sounds like the exact same call to sedition for which Mark Kelly is being investigated!
Except Kirschner is saying, explicitly, that Trump is giving an illegal order.
And it gets worse.
Kirschner: If you're committing offenses, and your defense is going to be, "I was just following orders" you know, that didn't work out so well at Nuremberg, it certainly didn't work out so well for Lieutenant Calley when he engaged in mass murder - the My Lai Massacre - and, you know, Pete Hegseth just doing whatever Donald Trump tells him to do like initiating a criminal investigation that could result in a court martial of Senator Kelly for simply stating accurately what the military law provides ... opening criminal probes of members of congress for speaking the truth ...
Some day when the rule of law comes back into the light of day will have to be tackled. They'll have to be held accountable for those abuses.

What he's saying here is that when Democrats return to power they need to try Pete Hegseth and anyone else who is involved in the Kelly case with Nuremberg style tribunals.
Not an exageration. That's where the crazy left (one of whom worked for the previous administration) is today.
If this is the standard for an "unlawful" order then Kelly and Co.'s words just got that much more dangerous.
If they ever return to power, the same way they tried and failed to get Trump, they're going to ramp those efforts up to 11.
