Do you remember the commie who shot 13 black people in Buffalo in 2022, killing 10?
If not, it might be because Payton Gendron referred to himself as a "mild-moderate authoritarian" leftist who was "deep into communist ideology" from a young age.
The story dropped from national media pretty quickly after that revelation!
This week, white supremacist/communist Gendron took another page out of the Marxist identity-politics playbook by asking the judge in his case to drop federal hate crime charges because the grand jury in his case was "too white."
The ironic twist would be funny if it hadn't come at the cost of 10 lives.

Payton Gendron did not attend the hearing, during which his lawyers argued that his constitutional rights to a grand jury drawn from a cross-section of the community were violated.
At the hearing's start, U.S. District Judge Lawrence Vilardo noted Gendron's objection to the prevalence of white people on the panel seemed 'a little incongruous' in the hate crimes case. He did not immediately rule on the motion.
"A little incongruous." Hats off to the judge for putting it mildly.
Gendron admitted to choosing the Tops supermarket as his target in the 2022 shootings because it was in a black neighborhood. He then deliberately spared white shoppers from his rampage.
Gendron already is serving a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole after pleading guilty in November 2022 to multiple state charges, including murder.
A trial on the pending federal hate crime and weapons counts is expected to begin next year. The Justice Department said it would seek the death penalty if Gendron is found guilty.
What a wild attempt to avoid the hangman's noose.
Call it a hunch, but I don't think adding more black people to your jury would help you, bud.
