Why did the head of one of America's largest teachers' union even have a position with the Democratic National Committee?

Best not to think about such things.

Yes, more than two decades after she began her powerful position in the DNC, American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten has resigned.

Weingarten, who has been a member of the DNC for 23 years, wrote to DNC Chair Ken Martin that she had fundamental disagreements with him.

'I appear to be out of step with the leadership you are forging,' the union leader said in the letter dated June 5, 'and I do not want to be the one who keeps questioning why we are not enlarging our tent and actively trying to engage more of our communities.'

Ken Martin's leadership has left the party in such disarray that the head of a teachers' union LEFT the DNC.

As a real treat, here's Randi at the "No Kings" rally over this weekend exhibiting absolutely insane behavior.

The DNC has lost influential but radical voices recently with Weingarten and Hogg.

Maybe this is a sign that Democrats are shedding their most insane woke policies and candidates?
