An Aussie-based pizza joint called Bubba's Pizza is claiming to have the solution for people who can't stop arguing about pineapple pizza: slices of orange on ham pizza.
Just .. Why?
The pizza features tomato sauce, Bubba's Original Smoked Leg Ham, chunks of fresh orange, and mozzarella.
Not only are they insulting the world's culinary taste buds with such a creation, but they also make a point to specifically challenge the Italians.
In a video posted to Instagram, a Bubba's employee says,
We understand Italians don't like pineapple on pizza. It's been well documented. But we know that you love oranges. It's like your country's favourite fruit, right? Especially down in Sicily.
Any Italian who brings their Italian passport in, we'll give you a free one.
With this one move, the entirety of pizzadom has united to say "no" to oranges!
I think Bubba's accomplished what they set out to do.
