This incident happened in June (full video here). "Bearded and Blessed" is run by a guy named Bill from Kalamazoo, Michigan, who uses money from his social supporters to feed local residents, many of them homeless.
He and his team stream their events - partially for his supporters, partially as legal security in case someone assaults them.
In this case, he was handing out Costco pizzas on a random Tuesday when Mr. Crop-Top decided to get violent.
