If you've spent any time online, you've probably seen videos from notorious creep Lilly Tino (real name is Nicholas Sylvan Contino) who likes to film himself getting "misgendered" or explaining his gender-reassignment surgery.
Well, it looks like he's finally crossed the legal line in Florida by filming in women's restrooms, and Florida's AG is investigating.
Below is the moment Florida AG James Uthmeier confirmed he was investigating:
Yes, in Florida it is illegal to record people who have reasonable expectation of privacy (aka people who are in a bathroom).
Yeah, we're investigating this. We do not tolerate men or boys in women's or girls' restrooms, gyms, private spaces. Here in Florida, we believe there are two sexes: men and women, and we are going to protect our girls at all costs.
Here's hoping the state of Florida throws the book at this creep.
