Is DEI about to kill Lockheed for good?

A rumor was swirling around online after New York Post financial correspondent Lydia Moynihan claimed to have overheard Trump telling Lockheed's CEO he was canceling a contract worth $1 trillion.

The F-35 has long been derided as one of the worst fighter jets ever made still having serious "reliability" and "maintainability" issues in 2023.

Here's a few good videos that sum up the F-35:

[Warning: Language, Your Tax Dollars Going Up In Flames]

The plane breaks so often that it's reported that only an average of 51% of America's entire fleet of them is operable at any given time.

Lockheed, presumably in a desperate effort to save their stocks from plummeting, was quick to dismiss the report as "fake news."

On November 25, Elon Musk had a hot take on the F-35 program, and is no doubt recommending the program's elimination through DOGE. He called the plane "broken at the requirements level," "obsolete in the age of drones," and a plane that will "get pilots killed."

Current estimates are saying the cost of the program will more likely hit $2 trillion.

If you want to know where Lockheed's priorities seem to lie, take a look at this statement from their Chief Diversity Officer:

Is that where Americans should be spending their tax money??
