This case is so bizarre and almost impossible to figure out.
Vance Boelter, wanted for the assassination and attempted assassination of two Minnesota Reps and their spouses, is still on the loose more than 24 hours after the events and after getting in a gunfight with the cops at the home of the second victim.
Police did however find Boelter's wife and detained her with a bunch of suspicious stuff.
The wife apparently took the kids and, presumably, went on the lam. Possibly planned to meet her husband, maybe just fleeing to Canada. But we don't know that for sure.
She was being tracked by the cops, so this was no random stop according to the local news sources. But the guns, ammo, passports, and cash paint quite a picture.
To sum up, here's everything we "know" (of course, none of this is actually known, it's what we've been told).
Clear as mud?
Something tells me there's not much else they're going to tell us.
