This isn't satire unless you consider the entire country of Australia to be a joke, and, well...

What "online posts," you might ask?

Well, in September 2024, we wrote a story about Dr. Kok that featured a few of the HEINOUS things he shared:

A tribunal was assembled (again, this isn't satire, this really happened) to review 85 posts in total. Ultimately, they dismissed 31 of them (I have no idea which ones), but convicted him on 54 others. This means Kok is no longer able to practice medicine in the country.

From AusDoc:

Almost a year after hearing the case, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal published its findings on Friday, including that Dr Kok had denigrated the LGBTQI+ community by suggesting that homosexuality was a medical disorder.

It found that Dr Kok had 'expressed sentiments of violence' towards racial groups and that some of his posts about COVID-19 'contained misleading information', including by claiming that corners were cut in vaccine development.

Wait, Dr. Kok believes what the majority of the human race has believed - explicitly been taught in religious doctrine for thousands of years, no less - that sex between two men is abnormal, disordering, and wrong?

And he thinks the Covid shots weren't adequately tested before they were rolled out en masse and a bunch of people started "dying suddenly" from "climate change"?

I can't find any example where Dr. Kok "expressed sentiments of violence" toward racial groups. I did find this though:

Oh no, he's a Christian!

And not just one of those lowercase "christians," but an ACTUAL CHRISTIAN who believes CHRISTIAN THINGS!! 😱

More from the Human Rights Law Alliance, which represented Dr. Kok:

For Christian professionals - and indeed for any professional who holds views outside the progressive mainstream - the implications are serious.

This decision is disappointing to Dr Kok, who was suspended over six years ago and has lost his career. But the ramifications extend much further to all Australians, particularly those who work in a regulated profession. The decision raises concerns about whether Australia will continue to allow employers, regulators, and government to exercise power over free speech and the expression of personal, political, and religious opinions.

HRLA will continue to act for Dr Kok and is carefully considering the prospects of appeal.

Feel free to watch this video of Dr. Kok sharing another opinion that's apparently illegal to share: That doctors shouldn't chop off kids' private parts.

SCANDALOUS!
