According to Seattle police, they spotted a stolen car and followed the car to the bridge.
The driver of the stolen car broke one of the safety arms to hopped the partially open bridge and breaking an arm on the far side during their escape.
Admittedly, I pictured something more akin to this:
Either way, it looks like the daring fellow may have made a break of it:
The car was found a short time later with a broken windshield and a destroyed undercarriage, presumably, police said, from landing on the far bridge after the jump ...
Police said the driver, who may be injured, was not found.
Dude jumped a drawbridge and then got away.
Impressive, I'll give em that.
