Cycling no handed violates the 2nd article of the Human Rights Act? Is that the right to life? ... I think we're done with that, it's rather silly isn't it?
That's right, this London officer pulled over a cyclist because he was riding his bike with no hands.
There's no law against this, but the lady officer charged him under the Human Rights Act because she felt like it, that's why.
Normally I'd side against the cyclists, but somehow British police found a way to be more insufferable.
What a reminder for Americans to thank God that we split from Britain two centuries ago.
